Meet Lindsay
How can I help YOU make $$$ in real estate?
My clients include investors, portfolio sellers, first-time buyers and sellers, relocations, seniors, and veterans. I love helping buyers and sellers connect all around Charleston, SC (including James Island, Folly Beach, Johns Island, West Ashley, Mt. Pleasant, North Charleston, Summerville, Seabrook, Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island), and everywhere in between.
Superior customer service is my top priority, and I’m dedicated to providing my clients with all the tools they need to make informed, smart decisions in real estate. I want every client to feel confident, satisfied, and happy after they close a transaction with me.
At Elaine Brabham & Associates, LLC, my colleagues and I are exceptionally skilled in real estate negotiations and dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients. In addition to their current real estate needs, we strive to build long-lasting relationships where we help our clients build wealth and grow their portfolios for many years to come.
Born and raised in Columbia, SC, I moved to Charleston in 1999 to attend College of Charleston and fell in love. I live on James Island - 15 minutes from Downtown Charleston and 15 minutes from Folly Beach. When I’m not working, you’ll find me playing ball with my adopted dog, Lucy, eating fresh local food, boating and kayaking our beautiful waterways, and sharing everything Charleston has to offer with my friends and family.
The Holy City has something for everyone, from pristine beaches and world-renowned golf courses, to award-winning restaurants, live music and cultural events like Spoleto Festival USA. But, no matter who you ask, they’ll tell you the very best thing about living in Charleston is the friendly and caring people who call it home.
Whether you’re looking to buy or sell now, or in a few years, I can help you with all your residential and commercial real estate needs in the greater Charleston area. Call, text, or email me, and let’s get started!
"Relax, I've Got It!"
